Maybe! We ordered 2/24, arrived 3/25, picked up 3/27. Bright white JLUR. Almost 1000 miles already 😭😭
We drove about 6hrs 1 way. Made a great weekend out of it.
@MinerSteve
Steve with Jim Butler Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Linn, MO was great to work with on the purchase of our JLUR. Buying out of state I needed a good deal to make the drive worthwhile and he delivered. Easily the best vehicle transaction I've ever had.
No need to haggle as he already had...
Do you have a build thread? My initial search says no.
Have a bright white JLUR order I'm hoping is in next week and you've done several things the way I'd like to. DIY and cheap!
I imagine it depends on what you're ordering, too. If you're ordering odd options and not picking popular ones they may worry about being able to sell it if you change your mind.
It's like in real estate, you put down earnest money to show you're truly interested.
As far as being worried about...
The Jeep even had a sad face because it knew...
Glad you are okay.
Don't know enough about the diesel, Brad with trail recon had some good info on his.
I have a 21 JLUR on order with 2.0t because it didn't have the etorque and everyone seems to think it's solid.
I see and appreciate what you're trying to do. I personally am unable to really see if there are any real differences between the two regional versions. There appears to be an extra bolt or two on the bottom of the Aus version?
Love the write up. Thank you. What WDH setup are you (and others) using? We currently have an Aerolite 174e, and I'll need a good WDH to pull it with the JLUR in a couple months.
We had one when I was a kid we used with our XJ and trailer, but most I've seen these days are WDH and sway control...
Get excited seeing remote proximity door listed in the sport S option area... Only to realize it's only available on the 80th edition 🙃
Also amusing how terribad the build website and options are.
Thank you for keeping us up to date with these.
