Who cares if someone buys a winch just for looks? I respect anyone who spends their hard earned money on their Jeep (for whatever they want). Silver lining is that it makes me not feel so bad when I buy something that is questionably needed for mine. :giggle:

I just throw mine under there and bungee it to the seat uprights.

No heat was needed but it was very tight (so heat may have helped). FYI, the torque spec for the nut is 45 ft/lbs.

I adjusted a little less than an 1/8 of a turn with positive results. The new box was definitely better than the original but still had some slack. I marked it with a paint pen before adjusting just in case I needed to put it back to where it was. I won’t be putting it back.

I may catch a lot of flack with this response, but an upgrade would be a Powerwagon. I’m seriously thinking about it myself....

A while back, I replaced my rear non-cupholder with the cupholder; and yes, it is the exact same footprint.
