The combined city/hwy on gasoline is 23 on a 2 door with 2.0, 22 on a 4 door with 2.0, and 20 on the 4XE. The 2.0 sports don't get any hybrid system whatsoever. How did Jeep lose 2 mpg by adding a hybrid system? At worst it should be the same and since it should have full hybrid mode it should...
I am pretty sure the manufacturers can shift their chip allotments around so Charger/Challenger and Pacificas are on their second extended shut down due to the chip shortage. I am not sure if Toledo is building at full capacity, but they have not shut down. There are multiple other raw material...
Is that $9500 more than a manual v6 or $9500 more than the auto v6 which is about $2500 more than the manual? Any idea if there will be required options like the 4xe has?
It won’t have any hybrid stuff in it. Where would they put it?
I have not heard pricing yet but I think the 6.4 Durango starts at $60k and the 6.4 GC starts at $70k?
I rented a gladiator sport with 3.6 and got 25-26 mpg highway. I would expect 17-18 mpg on the same trip in our jlur with same engine and transmission.
I had led lights on a 2018 Mustang. They were great on dry days. Just so so in rain and unsafe in fog. I would expect similar problems in snow plus the snow packing effect depending on snow type. They put out so much light that any weather conditions that cause light to reflect degrades my...
I have noticed the same thing. I have also noticed the brake pedal is hard and I have to push it pretty hard to get the Jeep to crank. I think it is something to do with a brake interlock switch and the brake system building pressure or something.
Let me restate. There is not likely to be a tune that deletes egr, dpf, and urea which are three of the least reliable and most expensive parts of the engine to fix. The fuel system is also on that list but you cannot delete that. Fuel system replacement is probably more expensive than replacing...
And they will work as well or better that the trail rated irs Grand Cherokee or the ifs Tacoma. Ifs is better than a solid axle for some off road and worse for some. There will probably be a front locker available which will help.
Available in 2020. I agree Ford should have kept this secret a lot longer or launched at least a year earlier than planned. If it looks like the r&t rendering I am probably getting one even if it has ifs.
The online calculator uses the minimum money factor for that model which is pretty high on wranglers. The dealer can mark it up. I also noticed the Willys leases are cheaper online than the sport s. I assume residual is higher on the Willys but maybe that is a website error.
So Jeep agrees with my 10% comment. All I will say about media tests is they need to see the mileage including a dpf regen. You can usually figure in about 3% additional cost for def for any diesel too.
I think someone posted 26mpg in another thread for the 2.0. I would call bs on that but 23-24 would not shock me, and I doubt the diesel will be much better than that given that is all the previous gen could do in the truck before they got recalibrated and got worse. The 3.6 in the ram1500 truck...
