Dude, are you sure that it’s not an issue with your dealer? There is no way it should be taking this long. I ordered long after you and have mine already. I’ve ordered TRD Pro 4Runners that are built in Japan and shipped by boat over here and had them in 3 months. Something is not right.
Picked her up on Friday, finally got some pics today. The front end is a bit high because I had them add 3/4 inch spacers along with the lift to offset the weight of the winch. Winch was supposed to be on today, but was missing spacers in the winch plate kit (glad I found that out AFTER I had...
Finally!!!! Congrats brother. My dealer has lift installed, has the new rims and tires that are supposed to be mounted and installed tomorrow and hopefully pick up Thursday am. I’ll post pics when I do.
Mine was delivered to the dealer at 10:44 last night. Funny story, it was on the way to the dealer 2 days ago and the truck broke down and had to be towed back to plant and get unloaded and then re-shipped. Of course that would happen to me. I’ll post a pic when dealer gets in and sends me some...
My dealer said they are thinking mine will be showing up today. Fingers crossed. But I won’t be able to pick it up until they get the lift done and the new rims and 35s on it. So hopefully sometime next week.
They are able to and have been producing the manuals, they just weren’t shipping them. I ordered mine
(manual) on 1/19 and was built 2/8. Then it sat in storage until flash was available and now is in shipping as of 2/26.
There is a good chance it will go via truck to MD, can be there in like 8 hours. Would take quite a bit longer to go by rail. Rail makes more sense for those in like the deep south or out west. Anything within 8-10 hours makes more sense to ship by truck.
It can be released to shipper and sit for a couple of weeks before it’s actually loaded. If it’s coming by freight car it can go to a rail yard and sit for a few days until it gets moved to a place where it can get unloaded and then loaded on a truck. I live less than an hour from the plant and...
What kind of set up do you have? A large lift where you are sliding against material all the time to get in and out? Seems to be one of the very few issues on this thread as most people have been saying nothing but good things.
