Same story here - misfire cylinder #3, slow coolant leak (without obvious traces of coolant anywhere), misfire only happens on cold start. If they found coolant in the #3 cylinder using a borescope then it is the head gasket unfortunately. In my case though I also found 2 cams scored bad enough...

By removing valve covers apparently 🤷‍♂️
