AC condenser has oil circulating through it (that's the one right in front of your radiator).
Radiator shouldn't have any oil inside unless there is major engine issue.
PS: and looking at your pic I'd start with the condenser - looks like oil is coming from it and then it gets blown to your...
Same story here - misfire cylinder #3, slow coolant leak (without obvious traces of coolant anywhere), misfire only happens on cold start.
If they found coolant in the #3 cylinder using a borescope then it is the head gasket unfortunately.
In my case though I also found 2 cams scored bad enough...
