I may try it this spring if time permits. But I will be regearing soon so maybe I’ll talk to the guys at the shop and see if they can do it while it’s out.
I wonder how well this would go over with a truss welded on the axle. They’d probably tell me to buzz off and blame it on that. No failure yet though. Fingers crossed

Although you are right, they are bolts and they did have to use them, they had a job to return the vehicle in factory condition. And they didn’t deliver. They should have assembled the parts before the last couple coats.

So I tightened up the turn buckle a little bit and it helped tremendously. It still makes a little noise going over bigger bumps but all the chatter on washboard type surfaces and smaller bumps is gone. Thanks man.
Anyone else with the poison spyder carrier have an annoying thumping noise when going over bumps at slow speeds? The tires tight on the carrier and everything is bolted down tight. I can’t seem to pinpoint the source of the noise though. Going over small potholes on a gravel road at like 15...
