the software update is 2 parts....first the eps is updated to have the correct software to run the new steering gear then the vehicle is reconfigured for the 70f build code

5sy isnt the lastest and great steering build code......70f is the pump running is part of the programming

i did something similar n the FB Jl groups to also aid in finding good dealers

all diesels no matter the model come with 3.73s JL and JT......jeeps site was wrong and should be corrected soon

no the dealer doesnt have the option to install the wrong software....the diagnostic system only shows the computers that need updating so as long as they updated it then its correct

looking at the above picture it looks like the front bolts are correct

make them do there job.....those are one time use bolts
