My wife is getting a Rubicon once the software is flashed. She’s been insistent on staying manual, now thinking about her decision.

Yes the fix might be fixed at the factory. But I’m not sure when they will have them fixed. I still think the timeframe will be the same. I hope I’m wrong.
Expect it to be shipped the the dealership, BUT they can’t sell it to you until the STOP ORDER is removed, which I’m told is earliest by the end of the month. Realistically it’s the end of March/Early April before this gets going.
For what it’s worth. I contacted a local shop about replacing the clutch to a Jeep I haven’t taken delivery of yet, and this was his response:
