  1. Official: Jeep Wrangler 392 LAUNCH EDITION Starts at $73,500 Base Price. Build & Price Now Up

The only justification the 392 needs is that most people would consider it "fun". All other metrics don't matter once this is factored in, even if you can't afford it.
  2. Recommended Backspacing?

FWIW: The scrub radius is effected by the tire diameter.
  3. 2.0T Only has ONE battery?

Option D? Make everything 48V and eliminate the 12V battery? Ever thought about offering a kit that allows drawing off of the 48V battery only?
  4. Which winch for JL Wrangler

Generally yes, but I have seen some members use the winch plates with the OEM plastic bumpers and some cutting/custom work.
  5. 3.6L V6 24V VVT eTorque Engine vs. 3.6L V6 24V VVT Engine Upg I With Start Stop

I bet one of the eTorque fuel mileage increase would actually be because you're more likely not going to disable it, and allow it to shut off instead of idling. As for transmission longevity: the BSG slows the motor down when upshifting, which is usually done by the transmission. I suspect...
  6. Official: Jeep Wrangler 392 LAUNCH EDITION Starts at $73,500 Base Price. Build & Price Now Up

Ahh yes, those new all-wheel-drive Lamborghinis are great at off-roading. Oh, and you missed the MSRP by a factor of 2.
  7. Mopar's "Version 2" Steel Front Bumper

Any idea if the Rusty's fascia kit will fit under the OEM steel bumper? I did some research on the Maximus-3 products: JK rear = 1/2" JK tow loop front = 5/8" JL rear = 1/2" JL D-ring front = 1/2" JL tow loop front = 5/8"

  10. has anyone cut in real hood vents?

Has anyone ever experimented with modified side vents, or even tested to see if they actually do anything at all? Testing can be pretty simple: BTW: found these on ebay... They're for a JK
  11. Shock, Springs & Suspension Information Chart Matrix

Small update comparing the OEM scrub radius variations, and what effect tire size has. This is by no means a recommendation of what works or drives well, but it could help in certain scenarios. For example: a 37" tire on OEM JL wheels should use an 11mm-19mm spacer if they want to get back to...
  12. truck or Jeep

That's a weird flex... Jeep isn't exactly a premium or luxury brand. For a pedestrian level vehicle, it only gets douchey if you drop things into conversation like the model name, model year, trim level, options, etc.: "Let's take the Rubicon" "I'm driving The Hemi" "I'm parked over there in...
  13. Jump starting a dead JL 2.0L w/ eTorque

FYI: You could just put the transfer case in neutral.
  14. Mopar's "Version 2" Steel Front Bumper

FWIW: The Maximus-3 rear tow loops could add some protection to the OEM rear steel bumper. It wouldn't work in all scenarios, but it is at least something.
