Just checked with the dealer today and the sales rep said my order has a VIN and a firm schedule. I guess that's the 'D' code. But, still no build date or ETA. I think it's still going to take about a month or two from today until she arrives. It makes me re-think about my decision of ordering...

No It’s Automatic. I don’t think it’s solely because of the type of the transmission. All Canadian factory orders are extremely delayed. To add to our dismay, tracking in Canada is terrible.

I got a call from the dealer last week too saying that I have a temporary VIN. I don’t know what does that mean now. He said the vehicle will be scheduled to be built soon but gave no dates at all. So, I am not expecting anything till March. Ordered on 7th October!! It is so frustrating.

Exactly... I don't really care about tracking it down as long as there is a reasonable amount of waiting period. It is disappointing to see timeline posts regarding US orders that are way faster and trackable than the Canadian orders.
