Here is a link to the company that makes the rear bumper reflector LEDs. They make the "smoked" red LED as a brake light. It should be super easy for them to make a "BRIGHT WHITE" LED version for a back up light. We might get them if enough people ask for them. I called them and asked if they would make a bright-white LED version for back up lights. I spoke with Jackie and she said she would pass along the request to their design team.

Well these are now sold out on Ebay, not currently available on Amazon and no longer listed on their website...

I almost wish since they have the specs that they just release a black abs plug for the hole. I'm fine just mounting a small rock light to it.

I would like this option. I've been thinking about using the Lux Lighting Rock Lights with the magnetic back and putting them to each side of the hitch opening until someone comes out with this.

They have CLEAR lens as well as the smoke lens now. They are still the RED LEDs though.

hopefully next is white LED!!!
I emailed them again and provided a link to this thread. Hopefully they start making a bright white LED with a clear lens soon.

The In the mean time I need to figure out what to do with the Rigid back-up lights I already bought. Originally I was going to mount them under the rear bumper. Not anymore now that I see the reflector lights. They are by far the most elegant solution for a back-up light.

They arenā€™t making white LEDs. I did find a manufacturer that would make clear cover/ white LEDs, smoked cover/ white LEDs, and both those with white/red switchback LEDs. Minimum order of 50 though lol. Maybe if thereā€™s interest in a group buy?

Count me in if it works with the steel bumper.

Iā€™m down but that is the reflector/lights from the international bumpers. Those donā€™t fit on our domestic plastic/steel bumpers. The key thing is they canā€™t be just strip led lights. It needs to be something that can put out a couple hundred lumens to make an impact.

I honestly just want someone to 3D print some black blank plugs for the spot as an option. Makes it better than drilling through the stock bumpers.

Agreed. Iā€™ve sent them images and measurements of my reflectors and they have the info from the iJDM amazon listing so Iā€™m just gonna wait until they reply tonight.

iJDMTOY contacted me back today and said they will make them in a clear lens with White LEDs so that can be used as a back up light. I will update as soon as I hear back.

They are making the rear bumper reflector lights that fit into the plastic Rubicon bumper. Here is a link to the ones I am talking about. They are replacing the red LEDs with WHITE LEDs.

The ones in your pictures are different. They look like they are for the steel Rubicon bumpers.
