We are now on the second TrailCal (41051-JL) unit as the device will not advance past the initialization phase on start-up. Worked with factory tech support on the first unit but they were unable to resolve the problem so they sent another TrailCal. New unit received yesterday with the same result after installing new cable, by-pass and firmware updates. Has anyone been able to get this device to work on a 2019 JL? Any advice would be much appreciated.
