Ok haha I get it and actually pretty funny got to love spellcheck! But back to the question on the Rotopaxsite there is a side mount that fits on the hinge can’t tell if it would work on a jl the Jeep pictured appears to be a jk. If you mount the can to the spare wheel does it block the camera? Where have you re mounted the camera?

Vic, I am confused a lot by the way you have this mounted. ...... the rear camera is not blocked by the rotopax? That’s fantastic. And this is what I want then. Can you link me to the mounting baseplate hardware? Is it on the rotopax website?

8x 1" long spacers and 1-1/4" long 8mm bolts. Mount plate to existing spare tire location. $5

I have the LOD tire carrier, so mine will be mounted to the tire carrier itself, and positioned left and right of the spare tire, left for rotopax gas and right for rotopax water.
