Those are former rental cars. AFAIK Jeep offers them as fleet vehicles. Interesting they're not stripped down base models. Cool!

2021 Jeep Rubicon JLU in Granite Crystal Metallic
I was on a 30 day business trip and got really lucky at Avis and was able to rent a 2019 Wrangler Sahara, and was so impressed with it. I was also surprised that it was a Sahara model and not a lower base trim. During the 30 days, I drove about 4500ish miles and it was flawless! Fortunately, when I rent from Avis, I'm able to get unlimited miles, so I really enjoyed driving the Jeep.
