Where does it rub on the compression side?
Have yet to stuff them. At full down travel is where they rub. I adjusted steering stops about a few turns and fixed that problem. As soon as it gets a bit more dry I will flex it out and see if I can fine tune the suspension enough to avoid spacers. It may not be possible but it’s right on the line. As far as everyday driving, it’s perfect.

Awesome, thanks. I have no issue with some rubbbing under the most extreme conditions one way or the other as you’re there less than 1% of the time off road and .001% overall.

Is anyone having any issues with 35”/12.50R17 tires sticking out beyond the fender wells on a JLU Rubucon? Inquiring minds want to know!

Has anyone added fender flare extensions to the body color fender flares for the JLU Rubicon?

I have 35x12.50 on stock wheels and it is flush with the fenders. Maybe sticks out 1/4”.

Are you noticing any significant difference in ride or handling with the bigger tires on the stock rims? I know most tire companies recommend. A wider wheel with some offset. Maybe that is why they would stick out if the wheel well.

The wheel is mainly for wear of the tire but I’ve run 12.5 wide tires in 7.5” wide rims for years with no problems. Handling is same as stock, ride is the same. Ride quality depends on the tread and load of the tire (how many plies). I have 10 ply mud terrains on my F250 so you can imagine how stiff those tires are. Offset is mentioned with larger tires for backspacing. JL rubicon has plenty of backspacing with stock wheels. If the rubbed I was going to throw a spacer on but they are just fine.

Just had 17x9 Fuel Hostage wheels and 35/12.50R17 BFG KO2 AT tires put on the Granite Eagle! Very happy with this setup!
Nice setup. The rims and tires are awesome. Did you add a lift?
