HELP! OEM LED Headlights - Hole in housing?

I received my OEM LED lights and noticed each light has a hole in the housing which does not appear to be a part of the manufacturing process. Does this look right?

I purchased them from a wholesale MOPAR website. The address where it was shipped from is a CDJR dealership. Their return policy says electrical parts are not returnable. It's too early to call them however I plan to do so as soon as they open.

Disappointed as I had an appointment for tomorrow to take to my local CDJR deal to have installed.

Well I got my answer. This is not normal but thankfully my local CDJR dealership is going to work with me for warranty and replace. So looks like I can get these installed tomorrow!
