Hi all,
I had complaints from the missus about getting in and out of the rear of my 2 door JL (I have no step or running boards).
She said she needed something to grab hold of!!! (I avoided the obvious retort!
) but did decide to look into a solution.
I could find no products available for this, so had a closer look at the speaker/lighting roll bar and decided there were some possible fixing points I might be able to use (see pics). I then found some webbing straps/handles online and ordered them, fitted them and I think they work well (see pics). I can not vouch for the load bearing capacity of the holes I found, so if you do the same as me, please do not blame me if anything bends or breaks when you lardy mate tried to climb in the back!
