Installed B&M Shifters - then customized

I installed the B&M Shifter handles into my Jeep, the main reason is the annoying sun reflection from the stock 8 speed shifter. It seems like it was either hitting my or my wife in the eye at some point of the day and just got old fast.

After installing them I decided the paint the side plates red. Then sanded them back down to show some black. That was okay, but then decided to machine up some aluminum side plates with red trim, now I am happy with them. Let me know what you guys think...

I wish they made the other version for the auto shifter too.
Here is what I did for the glare!
did black on red that matches the dash and reverse and liked this better.
