Uconnect 8.4 Can't switch between apps when running navigation

Title says it all. Basically every now and then when I'm running navigation I'll randomly get stuck on whatever app I'm in. It happens at random times, So I could put it in navigation, and then it won't let me switch back to radio. Though the radio will still work, and the physical button allow me to change volume and channel, I can't switch to the radio screen. Or it will allow me to switch for a while, and then I'll get stuck in radio, when I want to go back to nav. All functionality remains in each app, just can't switch. If I turn off the car and reboot, it will work again. But that's not really an option on the highway where I would mostly use nav. Just turning the Uconnect power off won't fix it. Interestingly, I can switch between apps using the voice controls. Has anyone else had this? Is there a software patch I don't know about?

Same here... happens every now & then. Sometimes (not always) resolves when I stop & pop the clutch into reverse & then back to 1st. Yesterday the NAV just locked up... I could only see the turn x turn on the cluster. Tazer reboot fixed it.

It's been so long I done forgot about this. This hasn't resurfaced since the last update.
Of course, I've probably just jinxed myself.

So you did get the software update from the dealer?

It was downloaded OTA a while back. I've yet to have a dealer download an update... either OTA or I go the USB route.
