Love how you kept the surround in the red body color when doing the black grill. See a lot of folks get lazy and leave the surround black when they do this mod. This way looks a lot cleaner!

Purchased Oct 23rd. 4K miles already.

Went on a 3 day road trip last weekend to Branson and an off road park in NW Arkansas called Rush Springs Ranch. The weekend before my son and I did a group tour event of Hoosier National Forest with Overland Bound members Saturday. That Sunday we went with a couple other members to Interlake State Rec Area in Indiana to do some “easiest” trails. The Jeep did great bone stock on them.

We’re looking for more to do with it.

After 11 years driving a YJ I got my new 2door JL in March, of course in Firecracker-Red. Its a 2.2l-Diesel.
I added some decals, some lights, and new rims and tires - and here is my JL:

Next mod is getting off this ugly European frontbumper, and mounting a steel bumper.

It's super easy. No special tools are required, but some plastic trim panel tools make removing the push pins simple. A flat head screwdriver would work just fine too.

Brought it home on Monday. Took the train 100 miles down the coast to collect it, then took a leisurely drive home in California traffic, which worked perfectly for the breakin! Lovin’ our rig!

Took a quick drive over to the rock on PCH1 this afternoon for some moody Thanksgiving pics.

They are 275/70R18 BF Goodrich KO2 All Terrain tires. They fit without a lift; no rubbing.

Incase anyone is looking for a rattle can match for Firecracker red , Rust-oleum High performance enamel “ Safety Red “ is a spot on match . I get most of my stuff powder coated , sometimes I’ll spray . I just did my control arms.
