Just installed the teraflex alpha HD tire mount, and 37's coming soon. Doing OK without the extra reinforcement?

Yeah so far so good, been a few weeks. It’s heavy af compared to stock. I spoke with a few folks who have run this hard, and off road, with no tailgate reinforcement for extended periods and have been “fine.” But for long term I’m planning either the Teraflex tailgate reinforcement (not yet released), Maximus 3 solution (also not released), the Evo tire carrier (expensive and I’d spend double to have it powder coated bc the rust issues) or the mythical AEV rear bumper / tire carrier if it emerges.

Very nice build so far!

Are those the LOD’s that fit over the Rubi rock sliders?

It was either LOD or Westin you could do this. Very similar designs.

Thanks Morton! I think the LOD Destroyer rails can go atop the stock rails (not certain) , but these the LOD Signature rails require removal of the stock rails.

Doing diligence as a truck :)

Amazed how well this vehicle drives even with 700lbs of firewood loaded up in the back.

Oh, I like that. How does the red match up? And how easy to put on?
Its damn near a perfect match. Very easy to install, all you need is to make sure the area is clean and dry. The "kit" will come in 2 pieces, one red and the top one in black. Spray the area with some mild soapy water and spray the vinyl sticker, then do the same thing for the black part. Place them where you want them and just squeegee the excess water out doing one vinyl sticker at a time of course.
