well technically they don't.....it is a Rugged Ridge XHD Bumper Hoop. Designed to be used with one of their bumpers. to make it work, you will need to notch your plastic bumper and it will bolt up right to the frame. There is a thread on here, in which someone did it, so that was my motivation.
