JKOwners.com is the best resource for real tech and build information, but its mostly dead as far as activity goes. I've been a sponsor there for many years. If your friend is cool with searching for info there is TONS of knowledge and awesome builds there.

JK-Forum is another thats kind of died off but good information can be found there.

JKFreaks is another one...kind of dead too. LOL

As others have mentioned, one of the better/best jk related forums out there is jkowners.com. A great community of Jeeple with a wealth of knowledge.
