You can text tazer for help and they respond right away even in weekends, they are so responsive and nice, I have never experienced customer service this good ever!

Nice? I brought some issues i had to their attention. The response i got simply read update your tazer. Current ver is 11.1.5, i have 11.1.4. There's nothing in the description about fixing any if the issues i had been going thru. Just seemed like he didn't care or it wasnt their issue(even though as soon as I unmarried it, to take to dealer, magically everything was normal again)

I have had problems with customer service
I paid for an upgrade it took too long
I bought an extension cable for the tazer its been 5 days and i havent received and order number yet
