I'm right there with you. I had a $10 package out for delivery today and I could track the UPS truck all over the area and knew within a 15min period when they would arrive at my home. But I can't track my 40 something thousand dollar Rubicon. My daughter can track her keys when she loses them, and we can't track a car.

Have you called or physically checked your dealership?

Out of curiosity... how did you know it was on a train? Jeep chat tell you that? Might ask them about mine, but probably too early.

Most of the folks who ordered around the same time as me (second week of Sept) have picked up their jeeps or they're just getting to the dealer now. I've been stuck in "I" stage for 2 weeks now, "opened a case" to look into that, we'll see if that unblocks anything. I finally dug into the threads to understand the mystery of "I" and apparently if you're there for more than a day or two, it means someone did find an issue during the inspection, and the Jeep is sitting around awaiting a repair. The issue could be trivial or major, odds are good it's just waiting in a lot somewhere waiting for someone to get to it.

Wouldn't bother me too much but I'm flying to pick it up and had intended to put the Jeep on a train back, prices have gone from ~$450 to ~$900 and don't want to book the travel until I know the factory has released it.

I ordered an ocean blue JLUR on 8/17 and still do not have it. 34 days in KZ status so far.

Ya I have been contact with my dealer, he has actually been real good. He is the one that said its on a train and where it is according to his system. I get different stories from Jeep chat. Last time I talked to Jeep chat they thought it hadn't made it to the first rail stop yet. I'm going to check in with the dealer tomorrow. I'm not too worried yet. Its just been over a month. The dealer told me to expect 4-6 weeks. I'm just impatient LOL..

Ordered 2020 JLUR ecodiesel on Monday, 10-14, big shout out to Craig Benner at Koons Jeep in northern Virginia for all his help.

Update: text guy at dealer on 10/4 and he said tentative build date was 10/9. So I checked with Jeep chat and asked for code, but was only told they had all parts and would build soon. Text dealer yesterday and he said it was built. Talked to Jeep chat 5 minutes ago and it is in KZ status.

That was fast, but now I wonder how quickly it'll get here.

Just texted the dealership and he said he promised it would be delivered tomorrow. I'm skeptical about that, and will believe it when I see it.
Order date was September 26, so that would be a very fast delivery (23 days).

10/17 - Arrived at Dealer!!!!!!! Will pick up tomorrow

Final thoughts.... I don't think Jeep Chat keeps up to date exact status after KZ status. My salesman was actually very good about letting me know where it was in his system. There was some discrepancies between what the dealer knew and what Jeep Chat knew (after KZ). For example Jeep Chat told me on 10/15 they think it wasn't in transit yet. Obviously it was, like my salesman said. I'm happy with the timing of order to delivery (about 36 days).
So far so good..... Will know more tomorrow at delivery. Here is a picture my salesman sent me.

Thanks! What color and options did you add? Maybe they're waiting on parts, because a couple weeks ago when I talked to Jeep chat after ordering they said they had all my parts and would start building soon.
