Hi. I've searched the forum and found very little reference to how to remove the A Pillar grab handle trim. I read you unscrew the two bolts, but no mention of how to expose the two bolts without dinging up or cracking the surrounding trim.

Lots of stuff in removing dash and removing passenger glovebox handle, but I only found one thread on my question, and the instructions were incomplete.

Anybody have decent instructions or write-up? I'd like to run some exposed aftermarket wires behind it to clean things up.

Grab the A pillar handle. Note above and below your hand are covers. Pry them (off non marring levers from H.F. work great) and expose the bolts.

Just use a trim tool or flat-head. Might even be able to use a fingernail. After that, a short extension on a 10mm socket and you're good to go!

Thanks all - Got the A Pillar grab handle off, ran and ziptied the wires behind all the trim down to power source. No wires exposed and looks clean!
