I don't blame you, I was going to wait on wheels and tires until I was lifted but I was going to keep the 17's so figured why wait. Best color jeep to me and I wanted to red like a lot of others. It looks like a lot of red at first but after looking at them for a while they really look nice and blend well. Sending a PM now for more wheel info.
Ya I’m keeping the 17s regardless of whether I go up in tire size or not so it doesn’t really matter. The red looks really good! I like the pops of color.

And you can tell they are removable so I bet these wheels come in a lot of other colors, just in case you wanted to break the red rule LOL.

Just had my baby delivered today...

First time Wrangler owner here and went with a JLUR with the Saddle interior. Removed the Rubicon hood decals (matte black replacements coming from @pixeldecals). Removed the Unlimited decal and replaced the nameplates and Trail Rated badge to downplay the red. Painted tow hooks is next - but it’s only Day 1.

More info on those little ramps you made!
Sure.. I got the idea from @LUV2JEEP, he made a set awhile back during his build. I just made them out of extra material I had leftover from a deck I built.

That’s why one is 2x8 and the other is 2x12. The 2x12 is safer, lol. I measured the height to the bottom of rock rail and made it 1/2” shorter, in my case was 22.5” so I made it 22” so it will fit in front of rear wheel.

The front ramp doesn’t matter, although I decided to make it the same height. The ramp part is 42” long and is on a 30 degree angle. The 2x6 “ T “ brace is on the front is a must, it’s way to unstable without it. It sticks out 16” on each side. I put it all together with 3” deck screws.

Careful... I had the wife drive so I could look stuff over and she used to much skinny pedal and almost drove off them, you can see it coming up off the ground......:whew:

I used my extra puck from my front bump stops and drilled and bolted it to my 2” Mopar bump to make my 3” of bump I needed. The ramps are nice to see how stuff lines up, and works.
Sorry for the wall of text, it’s hard to explain everything in one sentence.....

Hi all – sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place, or if I missed a thread somewhere else. But does anybody have any experience with these types of sunrider tops for the JL freedom hard top that they would be willing to share? The good, bad or ugly?

I do not have one, but from what I hear there are no bads or uglies. They are supposed to be awesome. '
