I just wanted to double check these will fit before I place an order.
I have a 2019 Sport S. No lift. I wanted to get Fuel Vapors 17x9 -12 offset with 315/70 R17 Duratracs. I really don’t think they’ll rub during everyday use as it seems there’s plenty of room. Any input would be appreciated.
I’m also not sure if I should get the +1 offset (same wheels). I like them to stick out a couple inches but nothing too crazy.

-12 sticks out 13mm more than a +1, wasn’t clear which one you were talking about there at the end.

Also, you should not put those on a sport with no lift if you plan to hit so much as a pothole.

That’s what I was concerned about. The tires seem a little big for no lift. I’ve had good luck with Duratracs in the past so I wanted to stick with them, but they don’t make a 33x12.5. 33s should be fine I think. I have 255/75 now and there’s plenty of room to spare.
Do you think 33s would be fine?

I run 295/70/17s (which are about 33.5" tall) and no problems I run 17x8.5 +10 wheels too.

I’m running 33s with no lift - 285/70/17. I hit potholes all the time at speed and I have yet to rub on anything. However, if you plan on disconnecting the sway bar and do some rock crawling, you *may* rub, you may not. I’ve put mine mildly off camber without disconnecting, with no rub.

Only contact I made was at full lock against that plastic euro piece (between body and front bumper), and it was only slightly making contact there. Mine are only 12" wide, so a full 12.5 might have more of an issue there.

As others have said, I think you will be better off with a 285/70r17 (or something around that size) if you don't plan on lifting it at all.
