If was the bent ears, that was due to Fox using the incorrect lower bushings and that was fixed by the end of 2018. Unless it resurfaced. I think my kit was mfg in spring of this year and has the correct bushings .

I have called them today and they said no update from the fox. I have purchased mine last april 2018. You mean to say that all of those 4 shocks doesnt have the necessary bushing? I got a current clunking issue that the dealer diagnose it is my front shock need to replace.

Since I’m waiting for the shocks can I use the stock shock to replace the spoilt fox shocks infront? Just until they send me the new one?
Can you post pics of one of the front shock mount?

It appears you have the correct spacers on the lower bushing and those ears do not seem to be bent - like teh ones that originated the issue.

Thanks, I’m planning to replace the front with the stock shock while waiting for the fox shocks, would I need shock extension on this? Or is not advisable to use stock shock since the spring on it is compatible with the fox?

This kit went on yesterday. I’m happy with the height. Not too happy with how floaty it feels and how much it wanders. I also put on Patagonia 35s, so those might be to blame. They’re at ~37psi so maybe taking them down to 30 will help. I’ve got some drift to the right too and an off center steering wheel, so I’ve got some tweaking to do for sure.

Taking it out to hidden falls this weekend! I’ll provide an update.

Looks good. Mine was not floaty at all - it actually felt more in control. Could be the tires/psi. Found my KO2 (in 315) like 32-34 psi for best ride.

I'm not smart enough to answer your question on this one.

Hi all,

Just got the replacement fox shock from dynatrac and I did the replacement of it, i did notice that there is oil leak from the rod, looks the old fox shocks that i got is defective, Lucky I got it in 1 of the thousand fox shocks :) that has been sold. (The old fox shocks is only 6 months with me and i haven’t do any 4x4 trail yet) Anyway I have replaced it with new RMA fox shocks did a test drive and the rattling or clunking noise is gone. Will continue to monitor

the last pic is the new installed fox shocks

I did the EnduroSport install on my 2018 JL this weekend. With the exception of one omission from the install instructions it was very straight forward, compared to the AEV lift I put on my JK, The Dynatrac was a breeze. As for the omission, the instructions make no mention of releasing the ebrake cables from their mounting perch on the rear of the axle. Had I not squeezed the ears of the retainer for the ebrake cable and released the tension I would have been unable to lower the axle enough to get the rear springs installed. I really like the ride and can't wait to get it on the trail.

What do you like better about the ride? Did it smooth out road imperfections at all? What's your castor at now? Any increased wandering if you didn't add longer LCAs?
Thanks in advance.

The ride is noticeably smoother than the AEV. I haven't gotten an alignment yet but will shortly so no castor reading. I had minor wander prior to install and it appears to have improved slightly
