I waited 3 months while my dealer had to get the glass that was on back ordered. Happy next time will be a quicker fix.

My local dealer utilized this method only to have the wire disconnect yet again a week after the repair attempt. Going back to have the back glass replaced given this interim fix failed to remedy the issue.

I'm on my 3rd glass in 12,000 miles! Hopefully the third time is the charm lol. Seriously though, $1600 each replacement...ouch!

I have 5400 miles on my JL. I would assume this is covered under warranty correct?

Lol...mine broke a week after I got the Jeep, a year ago...is still hanging there.
The dealer ordered a window, took them two months to get. Funny enough, they called while I was out of the country for two weeks (I couldn't get VM) and they send the parts back
I will check in with them again.

Dropped mine off last Wednesday and they replaced the glass by Monday afternoon.
