I think he was saying his Jeep would be complete, once the snorkel is available, he has acquired it, and installs it on the Jeep. A good example of why many who speak English as a second language say it is so hard to learn. Written and spoken can mean completely different things.

Unfortunately they're still in development, but after looking at a number of designs, this is the one I want, and my Jeep needs. So, fingers crossed, I don't have to wait too long.

I like the design/idea as well, but they seem hard to nail down for dev and production times. Or even responding to questions.
