View attachment 214061 [GALLERY=][/GALLERY]Luckily, it fixed itself after we took a break at the next rest area.
I knew it didn’t feel like we were doing the speed limit.

Yours is way worse than mine! My speedometer shows about 1-2 mph below the digital speedometer. I've been by a few police radar trailers that show my speed and all three times it shows my digital speedometer is 1 mph less than the radar.

Police radar shows 50mph, digital shows 49mph and old speedometer show 47mph.

Mine did that once. After removing the dash and plugging things back in with man force never saw it again.

MIne has a slight discrepancy, too. I never really look at the analog, though, so I just matched the digital to the gps in my phone using the Tazer JL. Quirky stuff.

I wonder which is tied to the odometer? That's really the only concern I've got, and it is very, very minor.

The digital must be tied to the odometer.

At least that's my guess since my speedometer will often register 2~3km/h while I'm at a complete stop! Thankfully, the odometer never changes during that time.

I checked mine yesterday, out of curiousity, and it was closer than the last time I looked. It was 1/2 to 1mph differrent, so it seems to have worked itself out, at least for now. Weird.

I've noticed that the speedometer will stick at times and be at 2-3 mph when stopped and when you are driving it will be 2-3 mph different than the digital speedometer. The next time you drive it it will be back to normal and calibrated correctly. i took mine in to the dealership for the recent recall and told them about it and told them about it and told them it was sporadic and didn't do it all the time and the only thing they told me when I picked up the vehicle was that they drove it 5 miles and didn't see anything wrong. I'm glad I'm not the only person that has this issue.

Mine does this too. Cop pulls you over; "Do you know how fast you were going?" My response, "Not really, I can give you a range tho...".
