Yes, the screws won’t go in fully. The 3 or 4 per side. I’m not sure what I’ll do and how you didn’t have a issue.

Ah, you're talking bracket to light, I thought you meant bracket to Jeep. Yeah, I'm pretty sure the screws were cutting their own threads after 3/4 of the way in.

Supposedly the price is already a sale price, so no. Not aware of any discount. I believe BRP is the sole retailer for these right now.

Backup lights are no worse than the stock halogens, but not an upgrade to reverse lighting.

Found these sequential taillights on Youtube..
Interestingly, the reverse light seem to be brighter than stock.
Smoked version also available.

The reverse lights on the factory LED’s are not nearly as good as I would expect them to be given how great the rest of the led light group are. My FJ’s backup lights were brighter which isn’t saying much at all...

@smtp295 Yes they are plug and play. No resistors or anything else needed. I’ve had mine installed since May and it’s one of my favorite mods. The LED reverse lights aren’t great at all but a little tap on the brakes lights everything up in red!
Make sure and order the ones without the BSM.

For some reason some of my lights are not working and are saying a tail light bulb is out

Check your connections at each tail light. You have to make sure the harness ends are clipped together properly. Sometimes it take a bit of force to get them fully seated/connected.
