Question

I'm loving the winch. Is that with the Rubicon Steel Bumper?

Not me you asked, but they haven't been here for over a year.

Yes, that is the factory Mopar steel front bumper with the power wings removed. It's a "winch capable" bumper vs "winch ready", so it requires a mounting plate to be installed along with a winch. I'll be putting a possible Warn VR 10S and plate in mine soon.

There are several options for mounting winches In the OEM steel bumper, including quality plates made by Warn and Maximus-3. After talking to a Warn rep and other tenured Jeepers I chose the Oregon-made Zeon 10S as, sadly, Warn now brands some Chinese winches to offer lower price point options, and they don’t hold up over time and repeated use. (I’m convinced that will be bad for business In the long term, because Warn will lose its reputation for building industrial-quality lifetime winches, just as Sears lost its reputation for building lifetime tools when it started selling tools made in Taiwan with “Sears” stamped on them... so sorry to see the OLD Sears go...)

The winch installation in the OEM steel bumper is tight, at least on the 10s, so you’ll need some swivel-head ratchets. Also, make sure you buy current inventory with the 45 degree lever, as some old inventory still has the 180 degree lever, and that won’t work in the OEM bumper. Look on YouTube for installation videos.
