I replaced the air intake filter with an efficient K & N product today.
Both horsepower and torque are slightly improved.
It became better by the synergetic effect with the two-piece muffler which I attached the other day.
I also put a license plate bracket and put in a nostalgic plate of the State of Indiana.

Can you show a couple more pics of the wheel cover? I was considering.

Were you able to mount your 35" tires on your factory wheels? Correct me if I am wrong, but the 2" Mopar lift brings your MOAB up to the same height as the factory JL Rubicon, right? >>>>> If so, are you having any trouble with the 35" tires rubbing?
MOAB with a 2" lift is NOT the same height of a standard Rubicon. See the pic? you can put 37's under a 2" lift, so no rubbing issues. I have 20" MotoMetal wheels on my 35's. (I believe you can put 35's on factory wheels on the Rubicon with No lift with no issues from what I read here, but I would check with the Rubicon owners to be sure)

Beautiful Jeep! Do you see a lot of
Wranglers in Japan or are they a little more rare over there?
Jeep Wrangler is popular in Japan these days. Jeep has made a great success among American cars here in Japan. Japan is now a second best market other than North America.
Ocean Blue Metallic Wrangler is quite rare because of few allocation to Japan.

Quadratec 3" side steps and full-width front bumper with Smitty 9500 winch...rugged ridge tube doors...tossing a set of 3/4" coil spacers in the front to bring the height back up, but I have to say that the slight 2-door "wandering" I felt has completely gone away with the extra 200lbs up front!

Finally got around to some of the mods I'd been planning for mine. Admittedly, it's mostly appearance stuff, but I enjoy customizing the looks on my toys.

First up was a Mopar Grill/Winch Guard on the front...spruced up the steel bumper a bit:

Found a cool set of side vent decals. I didn't want to do the plain solid black, and I ran across these that incorporated the old distressed military star, similar to one's on my old JK Freedom Edition:

Overall, I like the red accents of the Rubicon, but wanted to tone some of that red down a little. First up, had a local decal shop cut a set of small wheel logo overlays in matching blue vinyl to cover up the stock red logos:

Last but not least, pulled the trigger on a set of custom satin-finish Ocean Blue dash panels to swap out the Rubicon red panels. I'd seen a few examples of folks doing gloss color-match Ocean Blue dashes in their JL, but I had kinda envisioned what a satin-finish Ocean Blue might look like in mine since I first got it. Love how it turned out! Highly recommend the forum vendor I worked with for these, as well. More info on the dash here.

Have I mentioned how much I like Ocean Blue?
