So the inevitable finally happened... driving home from dinner last night, we hit an “isolated thunderstorm” on the highway. At least we had the safari top on since it was sooo hot in Chicagoland, but doors off and windows out was very wet, and my 2yo daughter’s reaction to it “raining inside” is priceless. On the plus side, at least I know the interior really is waterproof and dries quickly! Sorry no photos only videos and can’t get them to load...

We too our new Jeep up to Sedona for the weekend.
Had a blast...ran Schnebly Hill Rd, and loved Broken Arrow. Then, due to an accident and long backup on the freeway home, we took a side road home-which turned out to be a long dirt and mud laden trail. 3.5 hours later we found our way back to the freeway and one to home.

It was Salt Rock State Campgrounds in Connecticut and yeah I think that they’re expanding for different camping sites because those roads were on the way up to different plots of lands where you could set up camp at and had to take to get to where people were camped.

Other side of the state from me but may be worth the drive to check it out. Thanks

Sooo... my Rubicon is in the shop for a service light that came on and I got a loaner hardtop so i figured why not try to take the hard top off as I’ve only owned soft tops and see how hard it is. (The video missed the hard part...holy hell is it awful putting it back on by yourself... getting it off of the ground was a nightmare)

Warning-Jeep used for hunting, pictures follow Archery season opener on the California coast, score one for my son. New use for backup camera while 4 wheeling out.

Hell yes! Congrats to your son. You’ll have to wait until October to see meat on the back of my Jeep.

Did both runs Sunday and got caught up in the same wreck and took the long dirt road as well. I really enjoyed Broken Arrow and Devils staircase as it was my first time. Then went to schnebly hill. Hated it as it was so bumpy. I would of rather done another trail.
