Is there a connection plug for the Sirus-GPS antenna somewhere near the roll bar or A-pillars? Or does the antenna harness wiring extend unspliced all the way to the UConnect unit?

Yes there is a plug right above between the center dome light and driver side pillar. The actual Antenna has about a foot of lead before you see connection.

Good to know. I don't suppose anyone has tried to relocate the XM antenna? When I put my cargo box on the jeep my XM reception cuts in and out. Maybe a relocate to the side would solve the issue?

There is a relocation bracket available for the antenna...but for a simple piece of steel it is very expensive ($35+).

I did. Had to do it when installing my Roof rack. Maximus-3 provided the bracket to relocate it above the front driver VISOR.
