Lifting a 2018 Sahara. I decided to buy the 2.5 Mopar kit via part number instead of the kit. I did not buy shocks yet because I was under the impression the Fox shocks were the same in the kit as they were @ the retailers like this.... - https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/...performance-series-ifp-shock-front-2-3in-lift)

From the many threads I have read it seems like Fox shocks have the softest ride. Confused though are the shocks above the same as what comes in the kit ? if not Fox is there another brand that can offer a softer ride ? The Jeep will be used as a daily driver and weekend trips to the beach.

There are many threads were people note the Mopar lift is actually more than 2.5" should I get a longer shock ? Fox has the 2.5 to 3.0" option and 3.0 to 4.5.

do you have the full individual parts list? I was thinking of doing the same and running the Fox Factory race shocks instead ofmthe normal 2.5" that comes in the kit. if you have a full parts list, can you IM me it?

Below is what I ordered but have not received/installed yet. I used Steve White Parts because they have always given good service. I followed up the online order with a call to make sure of availability etc.. And they said everything looked fine so far.

All of the part numbers came from the instructions which I found out later are not very good. The isolators, caliper bolts and nuts are probably not needed.

Total was $430ish with the wrong isolators/nuts and bolts.

Rancho 9000 series shocks are 9 way adjustable and offer anywhere from OEM to very stiff ride. I've got the 3.5" rancho lift with the 9000 shocks on my sahara and it rides absolutely perfect.

Appreciate that and I did consider them. Problem was my wife could not get past the red (yes I know how ridiculous that sounds).
