UPDATE: It took a little over a week for the part (seat frame) to come in and I took my Wrangler in to the dealer today. Left it for about 8 hours and now have it back. Creak seems to be gone. Time will tell, but definitely gone as of now. I got great aervice from my dealer and Jeep Wave and @JeepCares Nicole from Jeep Wave followed up with me multiple times. Terrific customer service.Update: @JeepCares was super responsive. They PM’d me, I gave more info then they reached out by phone to let me know they opened a case and would sync with the dealer. Took my Wrangler in this morning and they had all of the notes in their system from @JeepCares (impressed with the coordination). In addition to doing a software update on the instrument cluster (was unaware there was an update available) they told me that I need a new seat back that they are ordering. My seat issue isn’t resolved quite yet, but I am impressed with the customer service provided so far by both @JeepCares and the dealer.
