Pro Wheels Sales Customer Service

Pretty disappointed with the customer service from Pro Wheels Sales dealing with a damaged Tundra wheel I got from them which I didn’t notice until I got home. Pro Wheels Sales didn’t return any of my calls or texts regarding the matter to resolve. I got one initial apologetic e-mail without a answer to resolve anything, otherwise I had to call and bug them. I initially came to them for a specific set of wheels they couldn’t find in their warehouse and ended up with the current set and a damaged wheel. No interest by Pro wheels to be proactive helping fix any issues with any competent customer service with this matter. Not resolved and be careful dealing with these guys.

Buying wheels from for my JL is outta the question!
