Im looking at either gray or black. Typically, black aborbs heat. Do you find that to be the case with these? Or does the color not really matter?

Is the gray pretty close to granite? Hard to tell from the pics. It looks a bit lighter.

Black absorbs more heat, doesn't matter if you are talking about jeeps or toasters

Sting Grey is lighter than granite by a decent amount

I would go with sting grey over black or granite if those were the only colors in the world

These things are so thin, I can't imagine them absorbing much heat.

They absorb the heat in the sense that none of the heat gets to you. That’s the point of the sunshade itself. You’ll be fine with any color as they are all designed to protect you from direct UV exposure and as a byproduct look fantastic.

I have a Cherry Red full length and we were out in 90+ under the sun in Daytona Beach for days and never got sun burned or felt too hot to bare riding.

I installed the Sand colored Alien Sunshield as I have the black hardtop.
