I'm going to answer the questions #1 "where do the soft windows go," and #2 "what are they for?"

• Well, if you only bring the soft top to first, or Sunrider position, the windows can go wherever you like, including remaining in place on the vehcile.
• If you bring the soft top down all the way, you must first remove the windows, which I suggest you protect, particularly their easily scratchable windows, with inter-sandwiched towels, or a soft top bag like MOPAR makes which includes such protective layes. Store them at home, store them in the rig, your call.
