Ditto for the grease on the wiper arm spindles. Were kinda a bear to get off first time. Definitely easy to drop, but not as Open Air as the TJ

With all the reports of how easily the windshields are cracking on the JL's, I think you just figured out the best way to protect it. Just put the damn thing down! Lol!!! Looks great and I love your Ocean Blue! I have 3 dealers scouting out for my Ocean Blue JLUR out there right now!
Yeah, fold it down and get some goggles for those hiway jaunts. No stone chips. LOL.
Good luck on your quest for Ocean Blue. Itā€™s a great color.

Only the glass folds down?! Bummer. That really sucks. Hopefully they change the legendary feature back in future generations. It looks like a pair of glasses with just the frame and no lenses. Super goofy.

lol, I just visualized the same rock that cracks my windshield instead hitting my teeth. Or that june bug that usually splatters all over the windshield cracking open my eyeball. Or hitting a pothole at 40 mph and seeing the windshield crack anyway from the flex/bounce off the hood.

Fun for slow speeds like off-roading only.

Took mine down for the first time today and I had so much fun. Just me and my 1 year old cruising around town while my wife was at work.

Does the windshield take away any vision of the road? Obviously, nobody is looking on the road right in front of the hood. But from the pics, it seems the angle of a shorter driver would be lessened quite a bit?
