How well do the sliders keep snow and ice off the rear fenders and hinges? Debating on what sliders to go with because I want the best year round protection, not just while offloading. Rockhard has the same set but with a flat step that I'm just not 100% sold on because of the solid step and massive logo.

Does pretty well on the hinges, but there's still snow on the fenders. But my tires do stick out of the fender wells so they do kick up a lot more debris

Fronts done... now time to play around with the settings.

A few updates:

Finished swapping out my Falcon 2.1s for 3.3s
Painted and installed my Motobilt diff covers
Installed Rockhard LCA skids

Still need to finish installing my winch rope, but PSC bumper and skid are on:

MC skids are going on next... getting ready for Rausch at the end of the month

First time back at Rausch Creek in about three years. Weather was cold and rainy in the morning and when we left. Had a great time and enjoyed finally wheeling the JL.

You regret going with the 9 and not 8.5 Methods at all? I'm about to pull the trigger on them and can't decide on a width. I like your Jeeps stance but I'm worried about tight parking spots.. another part time garage queen.

I never had problems fitting my sports cars into garages when I modded them No RTT for me..

I did question it before and after buying/installing the wheels. I had 17x8.5 on my JK and my initial reaction when the Methods got mounted was that they were pretty damn wide. But they do look great, but the wheels/tires do stick out of the fenders.

I haven't had any major issues with tight parking spots. My work garage is pretty tight and I'm able to fit/maneuver no problems.

A lot better than the 2.1, given the adjustability. The 2.1s were a little too soft on the road.

Dynomax muffler elimination pipe installed. It gets of the big ass stock muffler and sounds good, but might be too loud for my tastes. I'm going to run it for a bit and see how I feel about it.
