MSRP + MODS = $$$$

let's keep it simple, use your MSRP, not what you actually paid, plus approximately how much spent in mods thus far.

$59,500 + $15,000 = $74,500

$57,000.00 + 10,xxx.xx, currently. Another $6K should wrap it up.

What itā€™s worth is a completely different matter. However, itā€™s been well worth it, thus far.

I know trying to keep it simple

I actually paid $52,300 + $15,000 = $67,000 to be totally accurate. However, with taxes and everything prob $71k(ish)

Your mods arenā€™t worth much if anything and your Jeep is worth less than what you paid for it more and more each day.

$59,500 MSRP + $15,000 in mods = probably $50k in a year, $40k in two years and less and less until about 10 years itā€™ll be worth 10-$20k.

I originally said MSRP + MODS to keep it simple

I know theres a diff between cost, msrp and worth, a big diff actually

...that's why I said keep it SIMPLE

nevermind, some of you peeps split the hairs on everything to the point theres nothing left.

How much is it worth to me?
giphy.gif

Luckily I was able to purchase it for a little less than that.
:CWL: SO TRUE

I think people love there rigs because they put so much personal thought and work into it.

I know that's the case with me

In regards to keeping it simple, the question was about worth, was it not? Itā€™s currently worth about 75% of what you paid for it.

I think you meant to ask how much did you spend.

I'm currently at $52k for MSRP plus ~$7k in mods thus far. Probably will have $15k in mods when all is said and done. worth every penny so far

Mineā€™s paid off as itā€™s a 2008, but being a numbers and money guy I often think about what that $25k would be in 2019 if Iā€™d invested it in 2008. Itā€™d be around $75k now whereas my Jeep is around $10-$15k. So I lost at least $60k in 10 years. In 20 years that $25k would have become $150k, so that Jeep eventually costs me $140k.
