Love it. I’m interested to hear how much power you’re making, how much more boost you’re running, and how the motor holds up. I don’t know much about the turbo 4, but hopefully it’s a good platform for close to 400hp without having to upgrade the bottom end of the motor. Keep up the development work and I’m sure this will be a great commercial success for you guys!

JK 3.6L w/ 8lbs of boost = 383+ WHP
JL 3.6L w/ 8lbs of boost = 401+ WHP

All things being equal the JL should make more power at the same amount of boost because it has a higher static compression ratio. That said you if the rods and pistons are of the same strength for JK to JL you should be able to run more boost on a JK than a JL with more timing before having to worry about detonation. Therefore at the same effective compression ratio I would say the JK would make more power.

What’s going on with the stock power in the graph? The torque and hp lines look like they intersect at ~4,400 RPMs (as opposed to 5,252 that’s mathematically required).

This may be a silly question, but can the stock tranny handle the extra power over the long term without modification?

I was going to say the same thing. It's also wrong in the 401 hp pic too.

Heres a pic of someone who got thier kit and dyno'd after install. Notice where they intersect.

Here's another from their kit. Makes good power, but again look where they intersect

That someone you refer to is me, Jim Love. As you can see my kit only achieved 350 RWHP NOT the 400 as Prodigy claims. Look closely and you will notice that the maximum boost is 7.0 psi not 8.0! How did they do that? That’s why I have asked others to report their results. It is my contention that Prodigy should not be allowed to advertise such results because you will NOT Get that much power!!! Not even close. That’s 50% more gain than you will see. Only an added 100 HP not 150. See for yourself!

Judging by those two dynos (yours and the other persons) neither one made 400hp.. Glad I didn’t go this route. I’d ask for the difference back..

Just wanted to show you guys what Prodigy’s Kit can truly provide. This pull is based upon the best tuning they can provide. If you look closely and understand that the stock RWHP is ~245 HP you will see that I only achieved a gain over stock of about 40 HP. Do you really want to spend $10,000 after installation for a gain of 40 HP?

Not sure how your post above got screwed up lol but to answer your question: HELL NO!

I could probably get 40hp out of an intake, headers and exhaust (IHE) for around sub-$1000...
As of now I am in a battle because Prodigy refuses with the facts. I offer you the measured facts. They offer you advertising.
