Does anyone know if JK front bumpstop extension will fit on a JL?
I got the ST1 from Teraflex and Rubicon take off springs on my Sport S to add extra height. All together I gained 2.5" front and 2.25" rear. I plan on putting 285/75R17 tires. From what I have read it should clear without rubbing. However, The ST1 did not come with bumpstop extensions. The other day I disconnected the swaybar links to get a full flex. No problem in the rear but the front tires tuck in pretty far and about 1" from rubbing the fenders (stock tires). I'd like to add a pair of extensions maybe 1.5" to 2" to prevent rubbing when I get bigger tires.
There aren't too many 1.5" or 2" options for JL and pretty pricy for two pieces of rubber. Does anyone know if I could use JK parts or other suggestions? Thank you.
