Default Tire is now Falken???

Falken is the only option for BSW going forward.
Here's a brand new JL with BSW and they are indeed Falken tires.

Nope. Just checked the sticker on this build. Falken M/T clearly listed as optional, no cost equipment. BSG KO2s still default, now 2 additional options: OWL BSG KO2s and the Falken M/T.
Besides, you know that the OWL is just on 1 side of the tire, right?

I'm not a fan of the Flakens (Falkens) or BFG's. I can't wait until I can install a set of Yoka Geolander M/T's on here. Best OR tire I have ran.

You are correct. Also OWL can't be ordered for dealer inventory but it can be ordered on a custom build. That's what I was told anyway. lol.

Sport or Sahara?

It is a Sport. I drive mostly on the hwy so I was happy with the Michilin tires. they are also 90000 mile rated. I have to wonder if from time to time they cant get their preferred brand and put what they have on sometimes.

2019 JLUR order arrived yesterday - only option I was given for BFG K02 from the factory was for the OWL. Dealer said they'd flip them for me, but I think I like the look.

I hope their truck tires are better than their "high performance" tires. Falkens were the worst feeling, worst wearing brand i've ever used. Just awful.

My JLUR was ordered 4/30 and arrived last week with BFG KO2 black side wall tires. Never even saw Falkens as an option...

The tires look fine to me. That snot green color, though, that's rather ghastly. I would never buy a Jeep that color. Gawd!

My 19 JLUR came with them. Now I have no experience with the BFG KO2's, all I know is I truly enjoy the Wild Peaks I think they look great and they have performed without failure both on and off road. But, To each there own, that's what makes it a Jeep. Did I pay more for them? I couldn't tell you I went in to place my order for a JLUR and the dealer had almost the exact JLUR I wanted that they were just rolling off the truck . I ran the numbers from my order list of what I wanted and even subtracting the Items that were not on the lot vehicle, they beat the price by a few thousand. I purchased that Jeep and haven't stopped smiling since!

Heh, thousand and thousands of 5 star reviews on the Falken Wildpeaks says otherwise..

For the money I paid for mine, I don't think I could get better performing tires..

The Falken Wildpeaks were tested against many other competitors and it rated #1 in the test and this was I think about 3 years ago, its a better tire then the K02’s. I also installed them on my 2017 JK and it rides great and off-road capability is again excellent and better then its competition especially for the price!

Wildpeaks are hands down better than ko2's on road. Ice, snow, rain, wildpeaks win out. Just my opinion. I have about 20k miles on each.
