Hello all,
I have the 8.4 and I have noticed that no matter what I set the volume too, the next time I use the navigation, the audio is once again turned up very loud.
Changing the default audio to 8 in settings does not help. She still shouts at me.
I need to tell her to repeat the last instruction and then quickly turn the volume knob to lower her volume.
Has anyone else had this experience? Is there something I am missing on how to keep her at the last volume?

I've had this same issue with mine since day 1. Mine always defaults back to 15 no matter where I put it.

Same issue. Also to 15.

Turns out they designed that as a "feature". What a stupid design decision.

NOTE: If the NAV Volume Adjustment setting is set
between level 0 and 11 it will default to level 12 on a vehicle
restart, if the NAV Volume Adjustment setting is set
between level 13 and 38 it will RETAIN the setting on a
vehicle restart.

I will try to lower mine below 12 and see how it does. Thanks for posting that little tidbit. That is one route I havent tried yet.
