OEM Winch mounting kit

My dealer informed me today that the Winch Mounting Kit was on engineering hold.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Its a Mopar winch mounting plate. Any idea what the issue is?
I did my own winch and used a Rusty’s winch plate.

The dealer did not know what the issue was.

Use the WARN one. It's cheaper and you don't also have to buy the $50 fair lead bracket

I bought a Rusty’s winch plate from Quadratec for $200. Very high quality.

I have already seen photos of the cheaper winch plate bending. I think that is why Mopar might have had the hold on their plate.
